NiTech^® Solutions was formed in 2003 as a spin out company from Heriot-Watt University Edinburgh by its founder Professor Xiong-Wei Ni. The company is the world's leading authority on delivering process improvement benefits through the use of baffled reactor technology.

 

Now located in the Scottish Enterprise Technology Park in East Kilbride, Scotland, NiTech^® is made up of an innovative team whose skill sets come from a diverse range of industries including process design, chemistry, chemical engineering, reaction engineering, and biotechnology/pharma. We have experience, expertise and know how in successfully transferring existing batch and continuous processes to our technology, together with the development of new innovative processes. We specialise in the design of baffled chemical reactors and processes known as the continuous oscillatory baffled reactor (COBR^TM ) and the tubular reactor (TBR^TM).
