TBR/Blending
The NiTech® TBRTM is a patented technology and know how surrounding the application of baffled mixing technology which provides our customers with a very rapid, cost effective and efficient blending process.
The NiTech Tubular Baffled ReactorTM (TBR) allows increased blending capacity, with a significant footprint reduction and a capital expenditure versus a traditional STR alternative. TBR technology offers a rapid continuous blending process that allows accurate and efficient introduction of the blend components at various addition points.
The introduction of the TBR as a new manufacturing process has achieved a 75% capital cost reduction versus the traditional STR and with a footprint reduction of 95% for our customers.
