Size Distribution

The size distribution and mean diameter of the size distribution can easily be controlled by changing the process parameters subject to the limits of the chemistry.

The good mixing achieved and reduction of gradients within the process results in a decrease in process variation within the OBR. Consequently product variation reduces and a narrower size distribution is achieved.
