The DN15 range can be manufactured in glass, stainless steel, Hastelloy®, or other materials to meet specific temperature, pressure, and anti-corrosion requirements, as well as to ATEX standards. Small and large runs can be completed quickly and cost-effectively.

Product Models

  • Oscillatory baffled reactor (OBR) for batch, desk-top vessel for small-scale tests
  • Tubular baffled reactor (TBR) for reactions up to 12 minutes, which may involve gases without superimposing oscillation on the net flow
  • Continuously oscillatory baffled reactor (COBR) – a continuous reaction platform where an oscillatory flow is superimposed on the net laminar flow to maintain long residence times.
  • Continuously oscillatory baffled reactor (COBC) – a continuous crystallization platform where an oscillatory flow is superimposed on the net flow to increase residence time and aid in suspending solids
  • The DN15 range – a 15mm nominal inner diameter system – is used at lab scale to prove the concept; larger systems are used for pilot and production scale and are named after the nominal inner diameter (e.g DN36)
