Lab-Scale OBR Evaluator

The NiTech Solutions Gas-Liquid Evaluator offers the ability to undertake hydrogenation chemistries.

The NiTech Solutions Lab-Scale Evaluator range offers customers interested in utilising the potential benefits of NiTech Solutions mixing technology to test their process in a low-volume, lower investment risk platform. It allows process parameters to be optimised using minimal material before being reliably transferred to a continuous platform.

They operate by oscillating dynamic baffles through an isolated volume of fluid. The DN25/DN40 batch evaluator model, with its interchangeable glassware, gives a versatile platform to test screen multiple processes to determine those suited to continuous processing using NiTech Solutions technology. The DN60 models are designed to promote gas-liquid interactions, via a long tube, with a magnetically driven oscillator (i.e. no dynamic seals). The oscillatory baffled mixing breaks bubbles, increasing gas hold-up within the liquid and contact area.
